    • Designed, constructed and commissioned a 250 K USD palladium recovery plant: annual savings of 1.1 M USD. working capital improvement of 400 K USD
    • Establishing a Customer-Centric approach
  • Installed and commissioned the major foaming machine in LATAM
  • Signed collaboration / M&A potential agreements with Dow Chemical, Albaugh, Tempur-Sealy:
    • Entering Brazilian petrochemical market adding 15 M USD annually and 2.5 M EBIT
    • Development of special foams: adding 30 M USD and 15% EBIT over the first 5 years
    • MOU to explore potential acquisition that would increase size of Grupo Piero by 25%
    • MOU for Acquisition of Argentinian operations (15 M USD) entering B2C segment
